About
MindFlow Therapy LLC was established in 2025 by Rana Nelson, LICSW. Rana is a clinical social worker with over a decade of experience working with individuals in a variety of therapeutic settings. At MindFlow, we specialize in individual therapy for children (6+) and adults.
Our aim is to create a warm and compassionate environment where clients can feel safe to share their thoughts and emotions, reconnect with themselves, and explore positive changes. We use a strengths based approach and focus on solutions to guide you on your path toward optimal well-being.
